Spa Treatments?

Hi Ladies,
I am looking to get a facial or microdermabrasion before my wedding just to get my skin looking pretty and fresh. Any suggestions on good places to try for a first timer?

    I'm sure there are great spas in San Antonio but if you are willing to drive to Austin, Lake Austin Spa is awesome!! I have sensitive skin and was always worried about getting facials but they pay close attention to your skin and your skin's needs.  Plus, they pamper you like crazy and you will feel soooo relaxed!!
