We are looking for a caterer for our July wedding.
Our reception will be a low-key affair. We'll provide dinner, but that will be the main feature (we plan to provide alcohol ourselves). There's certainly no need to spend $30-$50 per person on renting china and silverware (from an actual quote)!
I welcome any recommendations you have on caterers who are willing to work with couples who have more modest means.
