3 hr Dinner/Wedding Cruise..anyone done this??

Im thinking of booking with StarFleet or Boardwalk FantaSea both in Kemah and they do 3-4 hr dinner/weddings on their boats. Has anyone used them either of them before or attended a wedding on the boat??

  • My husband's friend got maaried on a boat in Clear Lake-Seabrook.  At first it was a little hard to conceptualize but after we were on the boat, it was a lot of fun.  It definately had a party atmosphere.  We thought it was a great way to celebrate a wedding.  Just make sure all your guests take some Dramamin!

I went a wedding that was on a yacht that left out of South Shore Harbor. The wedding was fine, you just have to keep your guest list kind of low. Also, the "dance floor" on this boat was incredibly small so not a lot of people could dance at the same time. It was still fun though.
And now we are as one

We attended a reception on the Admiral & it was great fun.  But I do have to agree that your guest count has to remain somewhat low....50 to 75 people otherwise it gets a little tight.
  • thank, my guest list is about 40 so i should be ok.
