Rehearsal dinner suggestions

Hi, wondering if anyone could recommend a place for rehearsal dinner? We are looking for a private room, preferrably not downtown due to the fact that ArtPrize is going on during our wedding and it will probably be crazy! Thanks! :)

    I was going to suggest where we had our wedding reception, which was at Bistro Bella Vita, but is that downtown? They are amazing to work with.  On their website they say the menu is fixed for parties, but they totally will change things around for whatever you want to have.

    Actually, The Crowne Plaza on 28th Street (just down the road from the Cascade Meijer) does a really classy job on rehearsal dinners and weddings. It's newly renovated too. If you're looking for low key but, chic, I would check it out.

    We're having ours at Mangiamo. Technically not downtown, but kind of close. They have multiple private room choices, and no room fee assuming you meet the minimum! ($700 for the 24-person room on a Friday night)

    Try Boatwerks in Holland. It has great food, private party areas and is right on the water of Lake Macatawa! Can't beat it!
