1] I have about 300 guests :-( already cut to the max
2] Already have a Catering Company w/ Drinks included waiters and waitress
***I'm looking for a NICE Ball room, or NICE indoor place that is big enough for 300 guests. LOCATION: in Northern Virginia, prefer in Fairfax City Location :-)
Planning to set up about 30 round tables and each table about 10 guests.
Budget is from $2000 down. But if the place is nice enough can go up to $3000
Allow us to bring in the alcohol and light small candle that will be put in a bowl of water.
Awesome if they have a Kitchen and allow the Catering Company to warm up the food and hopfully prepair some of them on the spot.
