Simple dress alteration recommendation for SF?

Hey all!  I couldn't find any recent posts on this, but apologies if this has been answered.

Does anyone have a go-to alterations place in/near SF that they love?  I have a very simple dress that needs shortening at the hem and straps and I'd like a budget-friendly tailor/seamstress, if possible.  I'd hate to spend more on alterations than I did on the dress!

    She has been in the wedding dress business for 15 years (makes them from scratch and tailors them!). I am paying $200 to have my dress shortened and bustled. Mine was a bit more expensive since she has to redo a bunch of lace at the bottom, but she is very skilled and very reasonable and I had 2 friends recommend her!
