    Colors:  Purple with silver accents.  We are thinking of doing black linens with silver table runners.
    I am most excited about...:  My dress.  It's awesome.  Also, the amazing dessert set  up!!
    Any other fun things you'd like to share!:  Well, this isn't a fun thing, but I am looking for a hotel block (with a shuttle) and place to do pics (besides the Lakeview).  So if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

    I am most excited about...: Of the details? since the skylight does not have a bar inside the ballroom we are getting a functional ice bar inside the ballroom! I have no idea how it will work but I am really excited and think it will be awesome! Also the food! I have been to two events there and it was really really good!
    Any other fun things you'd like to share!: Hotel is at Wyndham, flowers from Fiori's in Trenton (greeeeaaat deal!), dress is a Lazaro from the Bridal Garden in Marlton, Rehearsal dinner at Villa Mannino's, family coming in from Greece in 3 weeks!

    I am most excited about...: The food, going dress shopping, decorations for the reception and marrying my best friend!
    Any other fun things you'd like to share!: Im super excited about my bridesmaids dresses. I saw them on My Fair Wedding and they are from Two Birds Bridesmaid. The tops of the dresses can be worn 15 different ways so I figured the girls can wear them again. I'm thinking of getting one myself for the honeymoon!

    I am most excited about...:  The ceremony and the day after the wedding. We are staying in a hotel in Philly and just relaxing and spending QT time then we leave for our honeymoon the next day. Also I'm excited to find out where we are going. My fiance booked the honeymoon and he's not telling me where we're going until the day after the wedding.

    Any other fun things you'd like to share!:  I ordered my dress back in March and it is finally here. I'm going to go see it next week and I hope I love it. I've been nervous because I don't fully remember it and I didn't have that "say yes to the dress moment" before I bought it.  I'm  hoping I have that moment when I go next week.

    I am most excited about...: Having all of my friends in one place.... I have like 15 OOT guests (including my MoH and a bridesmaid) and it will be the first time they have ALL been in one room with me and it is going to be such a special day for me and my FI to be able to share it with them all. Especially considering they are all willing to fly into NY/NJ in winter!
    Any other fun things you'd like to share!: One of the best things about picking The Merion and living in SI is that NO ONE here has ever even heard of it. I don't have to worry about having the same cookie cutter wedding as every other girl on SI!

    Hi ladies, I normally do not post much on here just take ALL of your advice, but I figured I would join in on this one since I am a Merion bride as well :)

    I am most excited about.....finally having all the pieces fall into place and seeing all the details come together as one on the big day!  (Not to mention the FOOODD and of course marrying the man of my dreams :) ).

    Any other fun things you'd like to share.....1) I have my final (hopefully) dress fitting on Monday and I cannot wait to put it on!! I am in LOVE with my dress and jok around that I am going to be wearing it around the house after we get married!  2) Fiance and I met in college and both played sports in college so we are going to hopefully bring that into play somewhere at the reception...whether it be action shots as the escort table decoration or something....I am excited about that!

    Hey, the Merion is allowing you to do the ice bar? Are you doing it through them or a vendor?

    I really don't know how they are doing it...the owner was telling my Mom about it; she really liked it so she made the arrangements...I think they know who to go to and I guess will tack it on the bill???? Not sure yet

    Thanks for letting me know this.  I just talked with Cathy and it is done through them so its pretty easy.  I'm 95% sure we've decided to do it as well.....now just wiggling the budget.

    *****EV4149*** looks like we have alot in common in regards to our colors , the room we chose and the time of year we are getting married. ! what do your bridesmaid dresses look like? What kind of flowers are you going with if you know that because im having trouble deciding what will go with purple. i was think roses deep puple and fuschia.
