Processional songs

Did you use one song for the whole wedding party or two? I picked out air in g string for bridal party and jesu joy of man's desiring for me but now I'm considering everyone walk to Canon in D. What do you ladies think?

    I'll be using one song for everyone except me, and a separate song for me. Check with your church's music director though. Some dioceses and churches may have a rule to use only 1 song for the entire processional. My archdiocese apparently has this rule, although the music director at my church isn't really a stickler about it.

    You're special!  You should have a separate song to announce that the bride is coming!  I'm using Romance from Eine Klein Nacht Musik by Mozart for the Final Prelude; Canon for the BP; Trumpet Voluntary - Clark for dad and me.

    we just used one (the ave maria) but we only had two attendants, so the entire processional was so short that using two songs seemed odd for us.
