    We have:-Venue-Photographer-Videographer-DJ-Florist-My Dress (well, it's ordered)-Bridesmaid Dresses (coming in mail this week)-Invitations (DIY at Michael's-haven't done them yet)-Thank You cards (they match invitations)-Favor Boxes (have yet to purchase Hershey Kisses that will go inside them and black/red ribbon to tie around them)Wow, I guess I've done a lot, huh? :)I'm a teacher and go back to school in about 2 weeks, so wanted to get a lot done this summer!

    Hey Pamila!!!   love your new siggy pic! you guys look great. Well, I'm still 13 months out. Been engaged since Christmas Eve 08. I do the planning in stages so I won't get too stressed out, but I have a lot done so far. Venue: ceremony and reception, flowers, DJ, picked out a caterer., make-up, hair, wedding planner (she's starting her business and offered to plan my wedding for free, but I really am taking the lead) I need to nail down the officient, and photographer, I have checked out videographers. Still need the dress and all the accessories. BUT... Went shopping with mom last weekend and FOUND MY SHOES!!!! ONLY 50 BUCKS AT dsw. bEAUTIFUL SOFT SATIN STRAP IVORY/GOLD SANDLES WITH A 3 INCH HEAL. i LOVE THEM!! I know I want an ivory dress, so these should blend with whatever gown I get. I'm basically 20 lbs away from being able to go shopping. I am doing Weight Watchers and have lost almost 10 lbs. Also doing Weight lifting and cardio. (I figure by January at the latest for my September '10 wedding. We are making a lot of stuff, and saving that for next winter. DYI list: Invites, escort cards, bar menu sign, "love is sweet" sign for the sweet table, "here comes the bride banner" mother's hankies.
