Good morning ladies :-) Today is our final WI for the July Challenge. WIs for the August Challenge will be Monday. So how did everyone do this week? I lost 4LBS this week. I'm so happy with myself. I also earned 46 Activity Points this week on the WW Plan! WOOHOO!

Tracy that's awesome!!! Way to go! Since I missed last weeks WI b/c I was on vacation I don't know what I lost. I think for the whole month I'm only down 1-1.5lb or so. But, I think I've lost an inch or two (I forgot to check this morning) Are we on for next month?

Great job girls! We are on for next month. The base WI will be Monday then I will check to see how much you lost on Monday the 10th :-)
