Being so out of shape...arg. I just did TurboJam for the first time in like 2 or 3 months and even the 20 minute workout kicked my butt!!! But I feel refreshed though..lol...but I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow morning. But I've now lost 10 lbs. with only 54 more to go. I do have a mini goal to reach, and that's 200 by Labor Day. And then hopefully by the end of October (my bday), I'll be down another 10 to 15 lbs. I'm going to keep pushing myself. Ok, back to your regularly scheduled workout... :P
