Getting in Shape

Whoa.

So guess what I just did? There are these stairs by my apartment building (and if you live in Bellingham, WA you probably know where I'm talking about) called the Taylor Stairs. These stairs are bitchin'... like you are sweating by the end of one set. It probably takes 2-3 minutes going up the stairs slowly. The last time I did one set, I quit. I was done after one. This time, I did three and at the top I took a small break to do push-ups! I am so proud of myself! So now, I am going to do some crunches. Feeling good today ladies! Thanks for all the wonderful support!
