anyone have any tips for hiring a bartender. we're doing a pretty laid back alcohol situation. we're planning on just buying a couple kegs and renting a margarita man machine but the hall we're using requires a licensed bartender to be the one serving the alcohol. so I'm not sure what to even look for when i search for a bartender. does anyone have any type of experience dealing with something like this... or any friends fresh out bar tending school that need a side job (lol!)....
