Intimate winery wedding in S Jersey?

I am looking for a great winery to have an intimate reception at, no more than 50 people in June of 2013. my total budget is 7k, and this includes our honeymoon too. Do you think it's even possible? So far i have Valenzano (Wine house or Vintner's Pavilion) or Hawk Haven winery (not even sure if they do private events! just like the winer and winery). I'm open to any suggestions and concerns! Thanks in advance...

If it's possible really depends on what you expect/what they offer.  Are you doing dinners?  Cocktails?  Just appetizers and cash bar?

Renault Winery is awesome! I had my wedding there this past January. The food was amazing and we payed under $70 per plate! The cockail hour was full of food and the wine was wonderful. The burgendy room is what room you'd be in. It's so beautiful! My coordinator was Amy and she was great. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Renault!

Laurita Winery in New Egypt is really nice but I'm not sure how pricey it is.

We almost booked at Renault. It's a lovely property and the wine is delicious!

More details for you... We spent a lot of time visiting NJ wineries. Renault was the most appealing. I've heard mixed reviews on their food though, and I had a photographer we interviewed say that they nickel and dimed his brother. But take it all with a grain of salt, it's a gorgeous property and since you're having a small wedding it will be on the older, historial side of the winery (which I prefered). Really truly beautiful and they have a lovely champage flute museum. I can't tell you pricing because I forget it & we were looking at a larger guest count. Like I said, their wines are delicious, and they have these cute wine cocktails made entirely with wine. Be warned - you can only have wine and beer on the historical side.

I'd say the 2nd best winery was Tomasello. The winery is small but nice, I didn't like the surroundings. You could see a convience store or something in the background of photos taken in the gazebo. You get married in the courtyard, there's a random door that bugged me but I think I'm just picky. I did not try their wine. They do host a bridal expo, it was packed... small winery, but good size for your needs.

We did go to Valenzano. The big hall was in the process of being built. It was a pretty place, but I worried about not having a back-up plan if it rained. But if you're more laid-back it may be fine - the man was telling me a story of one party that just danced in the rain. Also, I'm not that fond of their wines. The indoor hall should be really nice though.

I forget what other ones we went to, the ones above were probably the only viable options. There were a couple we showed up at and they weren't really places to get married (one was a shop with wines in the back.... I can't remember the other winery's issue). So call ahead.

Honeymoon tip: Jamacia, Dominican Republic, and Mexico (though there are some travel concerns with Mexico) seem to be the most affordable right now.

That's assuming you want to go to a Carribean type beach of course :) Cruises can also be a ton of fun, but my travel agent thought it was too busy for a honeymoon.

I will also say that I had a coworker who went to France for theirs. They felt like they couldn't really enjoy it, as they were exhausted by wedding planning and then had to go into tourist mode in the famous city of Paris. So just keep that in mind.

    Thanks Ladies!!

I did check out renault and i do like it but i'm still not 100% sold, a couple things that I am not complelely sold on is the ceremony price and I didn't get to actually see the room!

And i completely agree with #2012 about Valenzano and their outdoor venue, in the back of my mind i'm thinking what if it rains and again i'm not crazy about all their wines, only really love the "Shamong Red"
