NWR: Seafair

So FMIL arrived today and we went to the Aquarium.  Heading to Whidbey tomorrow and then she wants to watch the Blue Angels on Sunday.  I've only gone to watch them once - anyone know of where you go to watch and best way to get there?  TIA!
