  You can try Events to Rent in East Lansing, they have a lot of stuff.Have you talked to Lynn at W.E.D.?  She has a Decor package for about $1200 that includes design and use of any of her decor items.  Depending on how elaborate you were thinking of for decorations, it may end up being cheaper than renting each item yourself.

  I second Lynn from W.E.D.  She is very helpful, creative, and professional.  Her prices are very reasonable.
