XP: Seamstress rec's in Ptbo area.

I figured I might as well post this here too. My FSIL is looking for someone to do the alterations on her BM dress in the Peterborough area and would appreciate some recommendations. If anyone has any suggestions about here to go (or where to avoid), it would be much appreciated.
