Hi everyone, I’m new to this board, well in the sense that I’ve never posted, but I’m most certainly a lurker! You all seem like a wonderful resource and that’s why I’ve finally decided to take the plunge and post! I’m a convert, my fiancé is Jewish and we’ve decided to have a traditional Jewish service at a Reform synagogue. We’re having a destination wedding so neither of us have attended service at the shul but we met the Rabbi and he seems wonderful. We briefly went over the ceremony with him and I’ve been desperately reading books and online resources to make sure that I’m not leaving anything out, but never having gone to a Jewish wedding I’m afraid that I won’t incorporate everything into the ceremony/reception that I should. We have less than 3 months to the wedding so I’m starting to panic a little I suppose! Looking forward to meeting you all... Faye
