Help w/ a name?

Hi everyone,  I was trying to figure out what the fake "metal" utensils were called and where I could find them? I also remember seeing several sites w/ plates, and cake plates  in addition to the utensils  but I can't remember what they're called to save my life.Any help would be appreciated!

    I think they're just called serving utensils.  I know you can get them at Party City and Walmart.

    "reflections" and "first impressions" is what I'm talking about. I went to smarty had a party and found the name. Thanks though!
