Place Card help!!

How did you all write your Place Cards? It's a pretty casual wedding, so I'm debating on writing Mr. and Mrs X or Bob and Debbie X. And if writing the first names, do you write the men's or women's name first?

    I made place cards for each person because that's how we designated to the servers who was getting which entree option - there was a colored rhinestone on the corner that corresponded with their meal selection.  For people who were my parents' friends or "older" we used Mr. or Mrs.  For our friends that were our age and not married we used first names. Not sure if that's etiquette savvy but it didn't feel right calling my college friends Mr. and Ms.
