DJ Help Please! NY/ CT Dj advice
Hi everyone. Our wedding is August 23, 2013 in Connecticut I'm looking for a DJ that can accommodate Hip hop, r&b, dance, techno, Freestyle (yes Judy Torres!) AND Rock  and keep the dancefloor packed. We are aiming for a club like atmosphere. As sad as this may sound, it's slightly more important to us than the food!! If you have similar genre preferences ANY HELP is greatly appreciated!

    Djae Melee is a board favorite here. He does both weddings and club events, so he should be able to meet your needs! Plus he's very budget friendly, so you should be able to afford him AND the food (which is really important!). Check him out here: http://www.musicbymelee.com/Weddings.html

    We used Jason and Vinny from CT Party Pros. They were excellent to work with, my guests ranging in ages from 11 - 90 were dancing all night, and they DJ frequently at the CT Casinos. Definitely check them out: http://ctpartypros.com/

    Hands down---Richie from Jimmy Dee in White Plains!! They are phenomenial and kept the dance floor packed all night!! I am a HUGE music/dj person and they exceeded my expectations!!! Highly rec!!

    We just booked with Music in Motion based in Seymour, CT.

    2 DJs, lighting (architectural, monogram, and dance floor), videography, and ceremony & cocktail hour music for a little over $4,000.

    We got married in CT this summer and used Eric from Big Apple Entertainment (out of Larchmont NY). He was fantastic and was able to incorporate everything we wanted. The dance floor was packed all night. 

    I feel kind of bad saying this, but if you do go with Big Apple, definitely request Eric - I saw another guy from their company doing a bridal show and he was really corny and awkward. Hard to believe it was the same company. Eric was amazing though.

    I know a very budget friendly dj that can play any genre of music and he is professional he has done a wedding and a family party for us.
