enpty space, building for a ceremony venue?

any body know if there is an empty structure or building where i can hold my ceremony in Northern VA area? I'm having very hard time finding a venue to have my wedding... T.T

This one looks nice. I'm not sure if you've found something by now, but it's in Uppersville, VA (located in NOVA) & it's called Buchanan Hall.
