Catering for $10 per person?

We are getting married in Jonesboro, GA (about 20 min south of ATL) at the end of August. We are on a tight budget and want to do a buffet style catering for around $10 per person. any recommendations?

    You could look into local resturants. Many will cater for a reasonable price.  You wouldn't have any servers, though.

    We're having a self serve buffet for $15 per person, but it's in Elberton (tiny town east of Athens). I don't think servers are necessary for buffet, but they are helpful if you are worried about people taking too much. It happens. You just have to know your crowd. 

    I agree with poke. Look into local restaurants. I would think smaller, locally owned places *might* be willing to work with you more so than chain stores/larger ones, but I could be off. Just tell them your budget and see what they can do.
