bouquet/garter toss

Yesterday FI and I were counting up how many single guests we're inviting to the wedding.  We're having about 75 people total.  We only had about 5 of each guys and girls - most of whom are our siblings.  Should we do a bouquet/garter toss when there are so few singles?  Would it be awkward for those guests?  Or should we come up with something different to do instead?  What are your thoughts?

    My MOH and I came up with a different idea.  Most of the single women are teenagers and my flowers are silk.  So, i am going to wear an anklet and toss that to the single women.  The person who catches it will win a small gift basket with make-up, lotions, body sprays, etc.  I am not sure about the men but so far this is what we decided.
