  A lot of girls on the DIY board get their topper from a guy called crafty eddie. I've heard he is pretty cheap. You could check over there for his e-mail.

  I was on David's Bridal's website today, and noticed they had them.http://www.davidsbridal.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Category_-49997365They have one for $32.
