  I used Monica Kitta for hair, and Pam from Everyday Esthetics. neither charged a fee for traveling.

  Have you tried calling different salons in the U-town area?  My sister is a hair stylist in U-town and I just text her to see if she does those types of things or if she knows anyone who does.  I'll let you know once I find out.My make up artist is www.BEKCosmetics.com, I'm not sure how far Katie will travel or if she charges a fee.  But she's awesome!!
