Red Flowers

I am having a summer wedding with red and black as our colors. I am using red roses but I don't want that to be the only thing. Does anyone know of any other red flowers besides daisies and tulips? Also, what other flowers do you suggest, other than red, that are sturdy.

I'm with Banana on that! Most of my flowers were anenomes (the white ones w/ black centers).

Also, I believe you can get red spider mums (very springy/summery).

Oh I love anemones! Also ranunculus, peony (depends on the season), dahlias.

Ooh yes, I love Gerbera Daisies! My fav! They seem very finicky though when I get them. The blooms are too heavy for the stems and they fall pretty quickly. Boo.
