Plum or olive green?

Has anyone used plum and/or olive green or any shade of the two as your colors? I need some major inspiration...I can't make up my mind on colors!

I was MOH in a wedding where the colors were plum and sort of a sage green color. I'm not using plum but am using olive green & black with damask accents. Pix in bio of different stuff I'm doing.

Thanks for the great ideas everyone! My wedding is next October. I don't want a whole lot of reds and orange but I am going to also have chocolate brown as the third color. Do you think this would go well with baby pumpkin centerpieces? TIA!

Those are great colors together. Personally, I'd use the plum for attire. Green is a great accent color, but many people either love it or hate it, and rarely look good in certain shades of green. You can use green as the greenery in your flowers, as tableclothes, or other accent colors.

We're using plum (ish...dark purple, the official color is called lapis) but not olive green, and ivory with pewter accents. I think that plum and olive green remind me of a napa wedding in summer. Or upscale garden party. I think that you could do a lot with the color scheme. You could either do Olive dresses with plum accents or plum accents with olive accents. Olive green tends to be more of a neutral color, so you can do a lot with it. Good luck!

Im using plum with granny smith apple green and white accents. The inspiration is a purple calla lilly, with the green really being like stem green.. My sisters (BM) are wearing deep lum dresses with jade jewelry.

Hello! I got married this past August and my color scheme was eggplant (deep purple plum) and olive green. At first I was a little hesitant, but it turned out absolutely gorgeous... The table linens were an olivey green color with a shimmer to them and the napkins were an eggplant purple. I had incorporated the color scheme into the flowers, cake and all of the details.
