My bridal shower is today with people from all over my life meeting for the first time. The "prayer" running through my head:May my mother and FMIL wear appropriately fitting clothing and keep their mouths shut about the other. May my bridesmaids not throttle my sister. May my sister behave herself. May my spanx stay in place and my lipstick stay put. May my fiance remember to show back up to thank everyone. May I not drink too many mimosas and behave MYself.
