  No.  Would you combine a Christmas gift thank you with a birthday gift thank you?  If you got two gifts, you need two notes.  Shower gift thank you notes need to be done before the wedding.

  I agree two gifts are two different occasions equals two TY. The shower TY should go out right after the shower and the wedding TY after the HM.
