good morning!  after a bad start to my week, i'm finally back down to where i was last weekend at this time.  let's hope for more self-control this weekend!

b - kashi cereal, skim
l - tbd - going to a graduation party for a family friend.  planning to eat breakfast late and eat really light at the party.
s - greek yogurt
d - leftover mandarin chicken and brown rice (pf chang's)
s - fudgsicle

e - NMTZ

  • Good morning we had an awesome time last night at my bil's bbq we have another one this afternoon and again tomorrow.

    s-protien shake
    l-clams, mussels, tuna, salad
    d-probably more of lunch
    e-swimming in the pool with the kids
  • hi girls! Down 1 lb at weigh in. Yayy!

    S- 3 egg whites (1),  1 c. cantaloupe (1)
    L - 1/2 cup chick pea salad on top of salad greens (2)

  • Had a bad weigh in today, but was totally expecting it. I gained 1.4 this week. Boo. Really getting back on track now - no time to lose!

    B: caramel frap (4), tuna (2.5), whole wheat (1), ff cheese (1), light mayo (2.5)
    S: ff yogurt (1), 1/4 cup fiber one cereal (0)
    L: 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta (1), 1/2 chicken breast (1.5), 1/2 cup organic marinara (1), 1/2 cup mushrooms (0), 1/2 cup spinach (0)
    S: WW fudge bar (1)
    D: same as lunch (3.5)

    E: 30DS level 1, walking, 1 hour
