    $98 at Nordstrom.comIt's the JS Boutique Ruched Satin Gown.My color is gone, but they almost always have black, navy and red and then other colors.  They also make the same dress knee-ish length!Everyone LOVED it.  It is only online, but it's true to size, and it can be returned to any Nordstrom (not necessarily online).  Also, if you order over $200 worth of merchandise, it's free shipping so you can order a few in different sizes or girls can order theirs together.It ships within 3 days of ordering.
