Hi ladies, I have not been on here in a while, but thought of you guys when I came across this. I was just going through my bookmarks on my computer and found this website with all of the Illinois name change information and templates for sending in requests to financial institutions etc. I have not quite finished the process myself, so am so happy I found this. Perhaps just bookmark it, or if you are really organized, fill out the different forms when you have spare time on your hands, before you are busy writing thank you cards, then when you obtain copies of your marriage certificate you can send off right away.
