Hi girls, We'll do check-ins here since we have a few girls getting married. I don't want to clog their mail boxes while they are away!How did everyone do this past week? Eat well? Get your workouts in?I ate really well, but only got 2 work outs in. I guess that's better than none!

I did pretty well. My eating was so-so (damn you, eggnog!), and I got three really tough workouts in with my trainer. I tried spinning last night for the first time. Holy.Freaking.Crap. Talk about kicking my butt. Almost literally...I can hardly sit today because my butt is so sore from that stupid bike seat. Not to mention I'm going to be in pain all weekend from the workout. But calorie-burning it is!

I ate really well but only worked-out 3 1/2 times. Last night I got half way through The Shred and quit. I know - terrible. I've just been soooo exhausted.

More to add: I forgot to weigh myself. I am wearing my newest pair of jeans and they are hanging off of me!

Hi ladies! I didn't do as great as i wanted to this week. Only worked out three times. I had big hopes & dreams of working out 5 times this week. Ohwell. I still did something! I kinda got off my podrunner schedule too so I will have to start week 5 again this coming week.
