  I'm getting married in Morgantown on January 30, 2010.  We'd really love to have a band instead of a DJ.  We're looking for someone who does Big Band era music.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  I'm sorry...I don't know of any bands, but could recommed a great d.j.! LOL! Maybe try this website I mentioned above??? Not sure. Good luck!

  Look into the Brass Knuckles Band. They're tag line says: "The Classic Hit Music of the 40's to the 00's" I know Big Band started in the 30's, but it never hurts to ask.   Try the Jason Kendall Band out of Uniontown. They did my wedding and were fabulous. The MySpace page doesn't show anything wedding-related, but if you e-mail him he will send you clips or tell you when they're playing to come see them.http://www.myspace.com/jasonlloydmusic
