How will you let your guest know...

Where you blocked rooms for them? I put it in our wedding website and put that in our Save the Dates but I feel like I need to remind them when I send out the invites. I was thinking of putting an insert maybe a postcard from Vista Print in my invites with the Hotel Name and contact info. Do you think that would be tacky? My invites are semi formal so I'm not sure if that would look alright? Thank you ladies!

    I think that is fine.  We did a card insert with a map on one side and hotel blocks, the website, and transportation info on the other.  My invites were semi formal, too.  As a guest, I think having this information with the invite is really helpful and most of the invites I have gotten in the past few years includes it.

    I agree, a card insert is a good idea for directions, hotel info, registry info. For me, I want an adults only event and and I am looking at two venues -one is a no smoking faciltiy. So, I need to get out that information as well.
