  I have heard the Ory Florals (New Market) is good and reasonably priced.  I think someone on this board used them (can not recall who) and the reviews were positive.

  I used Ory. His initial quote was right in line with To the 9s and he worked with us to reduce the quote too. He definitely seemed willing to work in any budget

  I am using A Bloom in Walkersville. They are WONDERFUL! Let them know your budget and they will work with you.

  When I got married I used Flower Fashions on 7th st in frederick and they were wonderful. My best friend used Sharps Flowers in frederick. both are great quality and diversity in flowers.

  I loved Blossom and Basket in Mt. Airy.  Renie (sp?) was totally willing to work with any budget to create the look that you're going for.  She did my friend's wedding and her flowers were gorgeous!
