Unique Ceremony Musicians??

Does anyone have any ideas for unique ceremony musicians? We want something different than the usual string quartet. We would like something more fun and casual. I need help!! Thanks.

I think a harpist would be nice. Not very casual I guess, put kinda different.

We had a guitarist play at our ceremony. I don't think it is unique but it is different than a string quartet.

Guitar is definitely a younger vibe - and you can have them do traditionalish music with a pianist too.

Are there any local church bands in your area (Which depends on what kind of wedding I have, I suppose...)? They might have some great music that would fit your style.

Ours has a piano (most of the time... we have to according to our priest), drums, guitars, bass (so the classic rock band set up), and congas. The congas are fabulous - they add such a cool twist to the music.

acoustical guitar is very nice.
Or you could do a harpist, flutist, or bagpipes.
