Poor Service / Photo's

Beware of Angela Wilson Photography.  Her customer service is great until you sign the Contract then it goes out the window.  We booked her and fired her after our Engagement session.  Our Album was not what we ordered or paid for, and the quality of her High Res images were amateur at best.  We decided it was better to lose our deposit than trust her with our Wedding Day Photography.

    At least you found out before your wedding.

    You should post this on your local board where it will be more helpful to others making plans.

    wow.  a total of 1 post and you bash someone.  Sorry to hear about this but don't you think you would have more posts on the knot.  seems fishy when someone signs up to a board to bash someone.

    Yes, you're correct.  This is the only comment we have made.  But, we want to warn anyone thinking of hiring this photographer.  She lures newly engaged couples with promises, good display, and descent prices at bridal shows.  When she has got you in a contract, then you find out the true quality of her work.  She makes $500 whether you cancel or not.  That is her nonrefundable deposit.  We were lucky we had an engagment session, which we paid another $500 for.  The quality of the pictures were substandard, the book was completely changed from what we ordered, and now we don't have an album.  And she is another $500 richer.  She offered to refund 150 of the albums price.  She didn't even deliver the product and she's keeping most of our money?  So yes.  We did blog just this once.  But we did it to SAVE OTHERS the time, frustration, and money.

    Thank you for posting your warning! As a bride nine months ago, i appreciated researching people's experience with different vendors. It made me make informed decisions. You weren't bashing, just letting us know of your speciific experience. Good for you!
