Bartending Service and Party Rental

Hello All!

I think I finally found a venue.

Now I need help with finding a bartending service and also a party rental place for tables/chairs/linens/tableware.

Any suggestions?

    We are using Arizona Party Rental and our caterer has bar tenders (Wendy Gauthier from Chef Chic). I know people who have hired bar tenders free lance from bars they enjoy going to and paid the bar tender a minimum but promised tips and it worked out gtrat.

    Pantano Stables Wedding Park.

    It isn't as courtyard-ish as I hoped.  But it is really pretty and the price is very reasonable.

    I looked out there. I loved it, but my Fiance did not...ha ha

    Did you ask the lady in charge about packages? She had all kinds of options when I looked including batenders. One of the packages she showed me was $5,000 for everything (photographer, food, tables) for 125 people.

    She aslo said we could pick and chose what we wanted from her.

    I didn't know they had any packages.  But she did suggest coming to look at it at night because they have some of their own lighting.  I love it and sounds like a great place!  We wanna do most ourselves so it turned out perfect.
