  I used Events in Bloom.  Our bouquets were outstanding.  They had the best prices of anyone but Jana was very difficult to communicate with and get a hold of. She also gave us the wrong color boutonnoires (yellow instead of pink) but they were beautiful regardless.  If you are looking for price, I would go with them, if you think the lack of communication will bother you, I would look somewhere else.
