In search of an affordable tailor - alternative to David's Bridal???

I am looking for advice on a tailor to bustle my gown for me, without costing an arm and a leg. I am hoping to find someon in the Loudoun county area but if there is someone that is a bit farther I would be willing.

Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
