Hi all! I'm relatively new to this board, but some of you may have figured I'm a grad student in science (or not. . .but those are the posts that I lurk around). And I'm so excited I have to share:
So I haven't been able to get a technique to work for over a year (actually 4, but it's been holding my project back for the last year and it's been bring me dooown). We got a new tech in November whose been helping me out. I gave her my new ideas and her first round was okay (she made progress from what I had done). So I had a few more, and she got much better results. So she went on vacay and I have been finishing up her experiment. . .and Friday at 5:30 I found it, IT WORKED! My projects can move forward
) and I'm so grateful we finally have such a fantastic tech!! and I have a committee meeting May 4 and I can be like "Look at the progress!" So happy.
Now FI and I are going to go register finally
)
