Florist opinion

Ladies I dont know what to do!  Fi aunt has agreed to do the "flowers".  She does have experience with this as she has several daughters that have been married and she had done the flowers for them.  I'm concerned however this will be TOO much for her to do.  I am looking for some affordable options....as I have already went overbuget in a couple of areas!  Any suggestions?

    I have a bridesmaid who volunteered to do all the flowers because she took a class on it in college.  I am worried that it will be too much for one person so I am considering just having her do certain parts of the flowers.  For example, I might have her do the bouquets but have a florist do the bouts and corsages.

    Switch to doing non-floral centerpieces.  Or make them very simple floral arrangements accented with candles.  That will really cut down her load
