Advice: JP & Photographer are family friends...

And they both refuse to let us pay them for their services. We are having a small ceremony (less than 20 people) and going out to a very nice dinner afterward. We invited our JP, photographer and their spouses to join us for dinner as a way to say thank you... Should we also get them gift cards, as well,  to thank them for services???

    I think that would be very thoughtful.  We had a family friend help us with legal issues (a lawyer) she would not let us pay her. We wanted to show her how much we appreciated her time.  She talked about Ikea quite a bit so we bought her a $500.00 gift card from Ikea.
