Hi all,
I am helping my sister plan her June wedding and we need some lighting help. Her reception is in a ballroom that has a large stage and draping curtain along one wall. They it is not very pretty and stick out if pictures have it as the backdrop. She will have a DJ on the stage and nothing else. I was thinking of trying to make the ugly red curtain in the background look nicer by having string lights coming down from it (maybe even in tulle). Do you know of someone/company in Northern VA that could hang lights/decorate an area like that? I have called multiple lighting companies but they will not do a small job. My venue was not helpful either.
