Pensacola area budget venues, incl. non-traditional?

My brother is looking at getting married THIS NOVEMBER in Pensacola area. They got a big surprise pregnancy and are changing plans to get married pre-baby rather than post-baby. They are on a budget but want something nice for about 150 people. Any ideas???? He's doing research but I wanted to also check on here. Maybe a restaurant that would do it, or any other cool venue without a huge rental fee?? Creative ideas? Thanks.

    I don't know how much of a budget you have, but I highly recommend Seville Quarter. Even if it's a little over your price range, at least check into it. Pam, the events manager there, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It wouldn't surprise me if she could work something out for you or suggest somewhere else for you.

    I'm am getting married at Old Christ Church and Apple Annies at Seville Quarter.  These are the cheapest places i found from Pensacola to Walton County. (I live in FWB)

    Seville Quarter also has a quart yard you can use for the ceremony.
