Ideas for a small reception that starts at 7-730 p.m.?

I had originally thought that I had wanted to get married married earlier in the day, until I realized that the church offers a 6 p.m time slot for a ceremony. I cannot seem to find a place where you can have a later reception start? Do you have any ideas?

    Well I'm doing NYE 2010 so Indian Pond C.C is allowing me to do a 7:30 start time for my reception so my guests can be there for midnight.  Most places allow for any 5 or 6hours depending on the town requirements...where are you looking?

    I think we're doing our ceremony @ Borsari.  They are super nice and totally flexible!
    The location is just beautiful, too!
