Carnival Fantasy Cruise Ship

Has anyone ever got married on this ship? If so how was the experience?

    As a travel agent, I booked a wedding group on the Fantasy about 5 years ago.  The ceremony took place in the port, so family could attend who did not want to saill.  They then had a luncheon onboard.  It's not the best situatioin, frankly.  The ship is very old and gauche--when they call them the FUN ships=, they mean the party ships with the older ones especially.  You do have to get married IN PORT because it should be done on US territory.  Some folks like to do the week long itineraries, get married in San Juan or St. Thomas, while in port there.
