I am getting married in November, in Massachusetts, and I've been having a hard time finding royal blue or cobalt colored shoes with a low to medium heel. I do not want to have to dye the shoes, as I am nervous about the dye getting wet and coming off on my dress. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any shoes in royal blue or cobalt that are under 140??
